After being involved with wedding vendors and consulting and purchasing unusual wedding favors for more future brides and grooms than I even care to count, I inevitably get asked the same question again and again; how can I make my wedding different and special?
One quick answer is to make be who you are; personalize it to reflect the bride and groom and who everyone there knows them to be. But how do you do that? Read on.

I then showed the bride a very simple lavender bridesmaid’s gown, the same style and cut as her own. What I knew would be very beautiful, is if the bridal shop ordered extra pink and lavender flowers (the same as on the bride’s gown) and the seamstress sewed them running down the back train and on the waist, matching the bride. Also, the flower girl would be wearing an identical dress as the bride (a good seamstress can do this for nearly the same money as a normal flower girl dress), with the same flowers again.

The bride was ecstatic and she had a very unique and personalized bridal party. We also continued the theme throughout the wedding; same flowers, same colors, even to the point of putting some on each dinner plate to accent the food. The wedding was a huge success; people talked about it for weeks afterward. And more than that, the bride was thrilled and felt like the wedding truly was a part of her.

To start your own business, you must have a lot of inspiration and creativity to pursue it until the end. It will take a lot of strength as well but if you have what it takes, you will get far and not be able to stop once you are at the top. It is safe to say that you will not be participating in things such as Fair trade, or selling Fair trade jewelry , but you will be starting your own company and getting further in life by being on top. It brings a sense of routine and responsibility to one’s life and lets people communicate with each other on a personal and official level.

First, you will need to be very organized and remember to keep calm under every situation. Once you start up your own business you can’t go back and return to normal business interactions. You must assume the position of top dog and make sure everything is to your liking and is going the way you want it to go. The more attention you pay to details, the more you will get out of this experience. Say if you put extra care into your price options, the better the profit you will come out with and the richer you will become in the long run all because of you interest in making sure your prices were the best they could be.

Another thing you need to make sure that you have control of is your employees. Employment may be a hard thing to deal with if you don’t have everything under tight watch. When you are picking your team to help you run whatever you come up with, you have to understand that who ever you pick will be with you for most of the time. You may need to rotate some of these of they misbehave or do not follow your orders to they way you tell them to, but overall, the people you pick in the beginning will be the people that stay with you throughout your whole business experience.
