An eco – friendly community.
Welcome to our eco – friendly community! This slogan can be easily seen by many drivers and pedestrians. Of course this attracts myriads of astonished people. There’s no wonder because in our hard times such conceptions as “environmentally friendly” are starting to gain an enormous popularity among different humans. These humans can belong to various nationalities and religious beliefs. But there’s one common thing which is rather capable to unite them all into one strong entity. A powerful desire is going to unite them. This desire is very closely connected with the urgent global necessity to save our common mother. Do you know our common mother? Always remember that our common mother is our planet Earth. We should always take care of our planet. It’s our common home and fortress. It feeds us provides us with a reliable protection against harmful space emission and direct powerful sun beams.
OK our Earth is used to feeding us like small pets. How do we usually thank our common home? I think every wise and sensible person is able to estimate how horrible and cruel our current attitude to the Earth is. Humans are used to pollute its giant body and its transparent clothing of atmosphere. I think it’s very painful for a particular human who considers him to be the real son of his planet. As for me I’d like to be the real son of my mother Earth. And I always try to everything possible for implementation of this idea.
In my tiny town there are a lot of people who can share this point of view. I’m glad that they have the same outlook as mine. So not so long ago we’ve found a lucky opportunity to organize an environmentally friendly community. Of course I can’t consider this process to be easy. On the contrary it’s very difficult for beginners to organize and maintain this community. But anyway we’ve finally succeeded with this aim. Of course it’s a small victory for our planet but I hope our example will be likely to follow it, I suppose.
Our community is fully eco – friendly, I should say. We only use alternative sources of energy. I think you know them properly. They are wind energy, solar panels and a completely new kind of heating. I’d like to illustrate the matter of heating more thoroughly.
All the members of our big community live in a relatively cold area. So that’s why we need a sufficient heating for our homes in winter. And we’ve luckily managed to find an appropriate solution for our native homes. We are going to use wood pellets for our home heating, This stuff is usually made of sawdust. We’ve got huge dumps of sawdust so we’ll be able to use all of this to produce wood pellets. You can also join us, I think.
It is really amazing how talented we get when the time comes to be more self sufficient about energy. The energy crisis that is rumored about pushed lots of people to inventing alternative ways of taking care of energy issues.
