As a rule, the pool is rather shallow, the water should reach your chest, but not higher. The exercises are performed under the supervision of an experienced instructor, so you may choose water aerobics even, if you cannot swim. A lot of workouts were developed for training in water. It may be treading, kickboxing and even biking. All these activities are aimed and strengthening your muscles, especially of the abdominal area, improve work of cardiovascular system, make the muscles more flexible and toned up. Moreover, water will wash out all stresses accumulated during the day, in case you train in the evening, or on the other hand, will help you to shake off remains of sleep in the morning.

In order to make your training more efficient and to accelerate the process of replacing body fat with muscles, it is reasonable not to eat immediately after training, since the metabolic activity of an organism is still increased and it will contribute to gaining weight. Be sure that you eat not earlier than in two hours after your training and the meal is low-caloric. It is also not advisable to eat immediately before the training. Feeling full may cause unpleasant feelings and disturb your training. But if you reasonably trim down your daily meals, you will melt abdominal fat quickly and feel comfortable during your trainings.
