The same is with your training. You should be persistent enough to attend the gym on a regular basis and resist the temptation to skip the training and go to the cinema or a café instead of it. Moreover, it is a matter of discipline and inner strength to stick to a diet and not to eat junk food, sweets or drink alcohol, especially late in the evening. Every time you want to give up everything, think of the desired six-packs and make yourself go to the gym again.

And the third factor that is a constituent part of success is patience. A lot of fitness amateurs make one and the same mistake – they expect the results too quickly. And get disappointed, when they do not see ripped six-packs in the mirror after training during two weeks, for instance. Bear in mind that if your lifestyle was far from healthy for a lot of years, you did not train and ate everything you wanted, it is impossible to see drastic changes in several weeks. Only those, who are patient enough to train regularly and to follow a healthy low-caloric diet, will be lucky to reach success. Besides, only in this case the result will not be short-term. Lasting results are a privilege of those, who were persistent and consistent enough and dared to change their lifestyles into healthy ones instead of watching TV and eating pizzas and cakes in the evening.
