Motion should be a constituent part of our daily lives. It does not matter, whether someone suffers from overweight or is slim or even skinny. Motion is a need of our bodies that were not created for sitting motionlessly day by day in front of a computer. Our muscles should be toned up and trained, as well as our brain. Many of us read books, study a lot to develop intellectually. Unfortunately, simultaneously many of us forget that the body should be constantly developed as well. Have four or five meals a day; do not miss your breakfast, since it is the most important meal during the day. It will give you the energy for the whole working day and prevent from overeating in the evening. Be aware that the portions should be not large. It is better to eat less but more frequent.
All abovementioned pieces of advice are valuable both for young and mature. With age the metabolic activity of an organism slows down and it cannot burn all consumed calories. Consequently, the fat starts accumulating, especially in the abdominal area. In case a person does not take care of what he or she eats and forgets about regular training, overweight and associated diseases occur in the end. To prevent such drastic consequences, it is advisable to practice healthy lifestyle from the young age and make it habitual. The aim is a healthy person with good shape, toned up muscles and a flat abdomen – all efforts are worth of it.
